Website and Store for Barnett Bicycle Institute E-mail

Barnett Bicycle Institute is probably the world's best school to study and certify for becoming a bicyle mechanic. It also happens to be located in one of the top US cities for cycle training and mountain biking. A little humongous company named REI trains and certifies all of their bicycle mechanics through BBI. It is an amazing facility, with incredible instructors. They have recently been inventing and manufacturing industry specific tools for maintaining bicycles, and are now selling them through their on-line store in their brand new website designed and built by me. :) Everybody at BBI was great to work with, and I enjoyed the project.

How Could Colorado Springs Rock? E-mail

If you have any answers to this question, you will be interested in this postcard project. It's really quite incredible. I was approached for a website project by some anonymous person(s) who wished to help make our city of Colorado Springs a little better. I agreed because I believe that this has potential to be something quite huge, and that it will end up having a very positive effect on the city.

The idea is to pick up a postage-paid postcard from one of many locations in Colorado Springs, draw your idea on the back, and then send it in. When your postcard gets published a few days later, you tell everyone you know to go look at it on the site. Easy, right? You can also rank the postcards as you see fit using an awesome ajax powered 5 star system.

How could Colorado Springs rock? Click here for some ideas, and then go make your own postcard.

This is the competition that will determine who moves on to compete in the World Freestyle Championships to be held in Thun, Switzerland in August 2009.

Since the end of 2008 when Richard and I closed Edifice Gallery, I've had a lot of free time on my hands. I decided to redesign jzog.com with some new features, a slicker (non-flash) javascript image display, an upgraded CMS, a (not too gimmicky) color changing background, an ajax powered search box, and a totally new design. I'm very happy with it.
